Guitar players know there’s a big difference between acoustic and electric guitar. Two different dimensions of sound and experience of playing. Personally, my passion is for acoustic guitar, though I own a sweet Matt Bellamy Muse Cort electric guitar. However, every guitar player knows there’s a time and place to get an electric guitar that meets the sound you are looking for. Recently, I came across some videos that convinced me that the time had arrived.
As you can see, we do not represent any guitar shop. And full disclosure: I am an acoustic guitar player myself trying to find the best electric guitar and, unfortunately, did not have the luxury of playing all the guitars below. So, our list is based on our experience, friends’ recommendations, and reviews online.

Another great guitar from Epiphone. The Epiphone Les Paul Standard has a body made from mahogany with a maple veneer top and a mahogany neck with the standard rosewood fingerboard. The Epiphone Les Paul Standard is very similar to the Gibson Les Paul though the Gibson is much more expensive. In terms of price and quality, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard is one of the best guitars for acoustic players.

We came across this guitar and could not ignore it. The Michael Kelly Hybrid Special is a unique guitar with a beautiful design and a great tone. It feels natural for strumming and picking and has a feeling of mahogany and maple sound. It is also not so expensive compared to other electric guitars in the market.
